Analytics

Every link click and page view is tracked automatically. Understand your audience with real-time metrics and detailed breakdowns.

Dashboard overview

The analytics dashboard is available from the main navigation under Analytics. It displays aggregate metrics for all links and bio pages in the current workspace. The default view shows the last 30 days, adjustable via the date picker.

Key metrics shown at the top include total clicks, page views, unique visitors (Pro and above), and top referrer. Each metric card shows the percentage change compared to the previous period.

Click tracking

Every short link redirect is recorded as a click event. Clicks are counted per redirect, so a single visitor clicking the same link multiple times generates multiple click events. Bio page block clicks are tracked separately.

To view clicks for a specific link, open the link detail page and select the Analytics tab. You can also view per-link click counts in the links list.

Geographic data

Country-level geolocation is available on Pro plans and above. City-level breakdown requires the Advanced Analytics add-on. Geographic data is determined from the visitor's IP address at click time and displayed on an interactive map.

IP addresses are not stored. Only the resolved country and city are persisted in the analytics database.

Device and browser breakdown

Available on Pro plans and above. Clicks are categorized by device type (mobile, desktop, tablet), operating system (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux), and browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.).

Device data is parsed from the User-Agent header. Each category is displayed as a sortable table and a pie chart in the dashboard.

Referrer tracking

MASK captures the HTTP referer header to show where your traffic originates. Referrers are grouped into categories: direct, social media, search engines, email, and other websites.

The top referrers table is available on all plans. A detailed breakdown with full referrer URLs is available on Pro and above.

Time-series data

The main chart shows clicks over time, grouped by day (or by hour when viewing a single day). You can toggle between line and bar chart views. Hovering over a data point shows the exact count and date.

Data retention varies by plan: 30 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, 1 year on Business, and unlimited on Enterprise.

Filtering

Use filters to narrow analytics to specific links, tags, domains, countries, devices, or referrers. Filters can be combined and are reflected in the URL, so you can bookmark or share filtered views.

Custom date ranges are available on the Advanced Analytics add-on. All other plans use preset ranges (today, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days).

Exporting data

Export analytics data as CSV from the dashboard by clicking the Export button. The export respects your currently applied filters and date range. CSV export is available on Pro plans and above.

For programmatic access, use the Analytics API to query click data, time-series metrics, and breakdowns. The API supports the same filters available in the dashboard.
