Manage your subscription, understand plan limits, and handle payment methods and invoices.
Plans overview
MASK offers four plans. Each plan is billed per workspace.
Free
25 links/month, 1 bio page, 5 QR codes, 30-day analytics retention. No credit card required.
Pro
1,000 links/month, unlimited bio pages, unlimited QR codes, 1 custom domain, 90-day analytics retention, team members (up to 5).
Business
5,000 links/month, 5 custom domains, 1-year analytics retention, up to 20 team members, priority support, advanced analytics.
Enterprise
Unlimited links, unlimited domains, unlimited retention, SSO/SAML, custom contracts, dedicated support, SLA.
Usage limits
Link creation limits reset on the first of each billing cycle. When you reach your limit, you'll need to upgrade or wait for the next cycle. Other resources (bio pages, QR codes, domains) are counted against your total allocation, not a monthly reset.
You can view current usage in Settings → Billing. A warning is shown when you reach 80% of any limit.
Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, you'll be asked to reduce usage before the downgrade activates. Existing links are never deleted, but you won't be able to create new ones until you're within limits.
Managing payment methods
Go to Settings → Billing → Payment methods to add or update your card. MASK accepts all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
If a payment fails, we'll retry up to 3 times over 7 days and notify you by email. After all retries fail, your workspace is downgraded to the Free plan.
Invoices
Invoices are generated at the start of each billing cycle and sent to the workspace owner's email. You can also download past invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoice history.
To update your billing email or add a tax ID, use the billing portal accessible from the same page.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your workspace moves to the Free plan. All existing links continue to redirect, but you won't be able to create new ones beyond Free plan limits.
Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, everything is restored.
