Manage your subscription, understand plan limits, and handle payment methods and invoices.

Plans overview

MASK offers three plans. Each plan is billed per workspace.

Usage limits

Your plan's link limit is a total allocation, not a monthly reset. Every link in your workspace counts toward it. When you reach your limit, you'll need to upgrade or remove existing links to create new ones. Bio pages, QR codes, team members, and domains are counted against your total allocation the same way.

You can view current usage in Settings → Billing. A warning is shown when you reach 80% of any limit.

Upgrading and downgrading

Upgrading to Growth opens secure checkout with Stripe, monthly or yearly. Growth starts once Stripe confirms the payment, not when checkout opens. Card checkout isn't switched on yet while MASK completes commercial validation; if you have an access code, you can redeem it on the Billing page.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and Growth keeps working until then. When your workspace returns to Hobby, nothing is deleted: links beyond the Hobby limit and links on a custom domain stop redirecting, extra bio pages return to draft, and extra QR codes, campaigns, domains and API keys are locked. Before you downgrade you can choose which links, pages, QR codes and campaigns to keep; otherwise the oldest are kept. Upgrading again restores everything that was locked. Hobby links never expire.

Managing payment methods

Once you pay by card, Manage Billing on the Billing page opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can update your card, see invoices and cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; MASK never sees or stores your card number.

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription is marked past due and Stripe retries the charge on its own schedule. For 7 days after the renewal date everything keeps working. After that, new activity in add-on features such as Events and Food Orders pauses until the payment succeeds. If Stripe ends the subscription, your workspace returns to Hobby as described above.

Invoices

Stripe issues an invoice for each payment. Paid invoices appear on the Billing page, and the billing portal (Manage Billing) keeps the full history.

To update your billing email or add a tax ID, use the billing portal accessible from the same page.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your workspace moves to the Free plan. All existing links continue to redirect, but you won't be able to create new ones beyond Free plan limits.

Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, everything is restored.
