Workspaces

Workspaces are the top-level container for everything in MASK. Each workspace has its own links, bio pages, QR codes, analytics, billing, and team members.

What is a workspace

A workspace is an isolated environment where you manage your links and content. All resources (links, bio pages, QR codes, campaigns) belong to a single workspace and are not shared across workspaces.

Common use cases for multiple workspaces include separating personal and business projects, managing different clients, or isolating staging and production environments.

Creating a workspace

After signing up, you'll be prompted to create your first workspace. To create additional workspaces, click the workspace switcher in the sidebar and select Create workspace.

Each workspace requires a name and a unique slug. The slug is used in URLs and cannot be changed after creation.

Switching between workspaces

Use the workspace switcher in the top-left corner of the sidebar to switch between workspaces you own or have been invited to. Your current workspace is indicated by a checkmark.

Member roles

Each workspace member is assigned one of four roles. Roles determine what actions a member can perform within the workspace.

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Manage billing, delete the workspace, and transfer ownership.
AdminManage members, domains, and all resources. Cannot delete the workspace or change billing.
MemberCreate and edit links, bio pages, QR codes, and campaigns. Cannot manage members or settings.
ViewerRead-only access to all resources and analytics. Cannot create or modify anything.

Inviting members

Go to Settings → Members and click Invite. Enter the email address and select a role. The invitee will receive an email with a link to join the workspace.

Pending invitations can be revoked before they are accepted. You can change a member's role at any time from the Members settings page.

Workspace settings

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar to manage workspace configuration:

  • General — Update workspace name and avatar.
  • Members — Invite, remove, and change roles for team members.
  • Domains — Connect custom domains for branded short links and bio pages.
  • Billing — View your plan, manage subscription, and update payment method.
  • API Keys — Generate and revoke API keys for programmatic access.

Deleting a workspace

Only the workspace Owner can delete a workspace. Go to Settings → General and scroll to the danger zone. Deleting a workspace permanently removes all links, bio pages, QR codes, analytics data, and member associations. This action cannot be undone.
