MASK is built for people and businesses sharing real work. We don't allow links, pages or QR codes that deceive, harm or exploit anyone. If you see something that breaks these rules, tell us. You don't need an account to report.
Our rules
What we act on.
If a link, bio page or QR code on MASK falls into one of these areas, we'll review it and take it down when it breaks our rules.
Phishing
Pages or links built to steal passwords, card details or one-time codes, often by copying a real brand's login.
Scams and fraud
Fake giveaways, “double your crypto” offers, fake stores and investment schemes that take money and deliver nothing.
Malware
Links that download harmful software, or send visitors through redirects designed to infect their device.
Adult content
Pornography and sexually explicit material. MASK links and pages must not lead to it, even behind a redirect.
Impersonation
Pretending to be a person, brand or organisation to mislead visitors.
Harassment and hate
Content that targets, threatens or demeans people, or promotes violence.
Illegal goods and services
Drugs, weapons, stolen data, counterfeit goods, or anything else that is illegal to sell or promote.
Spam and deceptive redirects
Mass-created links, cloaked destinations, or links that hide where they really go.
How it works
What happens after you report.
- 1Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report, starting with the most harmful.
- 2If the content breaks our rules, we disable the link or unpublish the page. Visitors then see a notice instead of the destination.
- 3The owner is told why, and has 3 days to appeal if they think we got it wrong.
- 4Repeated violations can lead to the account being disabled.
