Questions

How many URLs can I shorten at once?
The free tool supports up to 20 URLs at a time. With a MASK account you can shorten in bulk from your dashboard, capped by your plan's link limit: 10 on Hobby, 250 on Growth. Bulk creation runs in the dashboard; the public API creates links one at a time.
Can I upload a file?
Yes. Drop or choose a CSV or a plain text file. A CSV with a url column is read by name; otherwise the first column is the address. The file is read in your browser, and nothing runs until you have seen every row.
When are the short links created?
When you save the list. Each address becomes a real, trackable MASK short link, and the page then shows each one's address, or why it was not saved. Saved links keep working on every plan, including the free one, until you change or delete them, within your plan's link limit.
Can I use custom slugs for bulk links?
The bulk flow auto-generates a slug for each link. Custom back-halves and your own branded domain are a Growth feature.
Is this free?
It's free with a MASK account. Sign up free to shorten in bulk and get trackable links with analytics. The Hobby plan's 10-link cap applies to bulk links too.
