Can I try MASK for free?
Yes! Our Hobby plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get 10 links, 1 bio page, 5 QR codes, and basic analytics to get started.
How do I move to Growth?
During our launch phase, Growth is activated with an access code redeemed on the Billing page — self-serve card upgrades are coming soon. You can move back to Hobby at any time and your data is always preserved. For Enterprise, contact our sales team.
Do add-ons work without Growth?
No. Add-ons require an active Growth subscription. They are billed monthly alongside your Growth plan and cannot be purchased independently.
What happens if I cancel Growth?
Your plan remains active until the end of your billing period. After that, add-ons and premium features are removed. Your data is preserved, but access to premium features is limited after downgrade.
Can I add more links to my Growth plan?
Yes. Link Expansion Packs add 250 links each ($10/mo) and can be stacked. Packs require Growth; while self-serve billing is being finalized, contact us to add capacity.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual pricing saves roughly 16% versus monthly. Annual billing will be available when card checkout opens; contact us for Enterprise pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
