How does referral tracking work?
When someone clicks your referral link, a 30-day tracking cookie is set. If they sign up within that window, the referral is attributed to you. We use last-click attribution — if a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent one gets credit.
When do I earn commissions?
Commission is created each time a referred user makes a successful payment on a qualifying Growth subscription. You earn 20% recurring on every Growth billing cycle. Free plan signups are tracked but do not generate commission until the user upgrades to Growth.
When are commissions approved?
Commissions go through a 30-day review period after each payment. This allows time to verify the payment is legitimate and not subject to refund or chargeback. Once approved, they become eligible for payout.
When are commissions paid out?
Approved commissions are disbursed monthly. Minimum payout threshold is $50. Payment methods and schedules are communicated individually.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will not be credited. This includes creating accounts for yourself, your company, or accounts you directly control.
How does the free Pro unlock work?
Once you have 10 or more active paying referrals, your Growth plan becomes free automatically. This benefit stays active as long as you maintain at least 10 active paying referrals. You continue earning commission on all referrals.
What happens if a referred customer cancels?
If a referred customer cancels their Growth subscription, their status changes to churned and future recurring commissions stop. Previously earned and approved commissions are not affected. If your active referral count drops below the free Pro threshold, that benefit is also removed.
