How are donations handled?
Once card payments are switched on (they aren't yet), donations are taken through a native pay button connected to your own Stripe account, so funds go directly to your organisation. MASK is the page and link layer, it never holds or touches the funds, but it does take a 5% platform fee on every plan except Enterprise, on top of your plan fee. You remain responsible for receipts and any charity compliance.
Can supporters volunteer or subscribe from the page?
Yes. Add a form or newsletter sign-up and supporters can register in one tap. Their details are saved to your MASK audience, where you can follow up or send an update by email broadcast from your own domain.
Is there a discount for nonprofits?
