- Who can apply?
- Founding access is open to creators, freelancers, small businesses, coaches, restaurants, agencies, and online sellers. We're starting with Pakistan first.
- How many founders will be accepted?
- We're opening a small, limited number of founding seats to begin. Every application is read by our team, and we reach out to the members we select.
- Do I need a registered business?
- No. A registered business isn't required. Individuals and creators are welcome. Sharing a brand or business name on your application is optional.
- How long does approval take?
- Every application is reviewed manually, so timing can vary. We reach out by email to the founding members we select. Approval isn't guaranteed.
- What's included in Founding Membership?
- Your full MASK workspace: bio pages, Mask AI, short links, QR codes, campaigns, email broadcasts, analytics, and templates, with your own custom domain. Founding limits are 3 bio pages, 100 short links, 25 QR codes, and 1 custom domain, free for 12 months.
- What happens after my 12 months end?
- Your Founding Membership stays active for 12 months from activation. When it ends, your account moves to MASK's free plan. Your workspace and content are never deleted.
- Will I lose my content?
- No. Nothing is deleted. Resources beyond the free plan's limits remain preserved in your account and can be reactivated at any time by upgrading, while anything within the free limits keeps working as usual.
- Do I have to upgrade to Growth?
- No. Growth is entirely optional. You can continue on MASK's free plan after your founding year, and upgrade only if you want more capacity or premium features.
