Affiliate Program Terms

The MASK Affiliate Program is open to any registered MASK user with an active account in good standing. By joining the program, you agree to these terms in full.

MASK reserves the right to deny or revoke affiliate status at any time if these terms are violated or if the affiliate's activities are deemed harmful to the MASK brand or community.

Affiliates earn recurring commission on payments made by referred users who subscribe to a qualifying Growth plan:

• Growth plans: 20% recurring commission on every payment

Commission applies only to qualifying Growth subscriptions. Free plan (Hobby) signups are tracked as referrals but do not generate commission until the referred user upgrades to Growth.

Enterprise referral partnerships are handled separately and are not part of the standard affiliate program. Contact MASK for enterprise partnership inquiries.

Commission is calculated on the actual amount paid (after any discounts or credits). Commission rates may vary for promotional periods and will be communicated in advance.

Commission is earned on every successful payment event from a referred user on a qualifying Growth plan, including:

• Initial subscription payment
• Monthly or annual renewal payments
• Plan upgrade payments (prorated amounts)

Recurring commission continues as long as the referred user's Growth subscription remains active. If a referred user cancels, downgrades to a free plan, or their payment fails permanently, recurring commission for that referral stops.

Referrals are tracked using a last-click attribution model with a 30-day cookie window. If a user clicks your referral link and signs up within 30 days, the referral is attributed to you.

If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click (last click) receives the attribution. Attribution is permanent once established — a referred user remains attributed to their original referrer.

Commission progresses through the following stages:

• Pending: Commission is recorded after a successful payment
• Approved: Commission is verified and approved for payout (typically within 30 days)
• Paid: Commission has been disbursed to the affiliate

Payouts are processed on a monthly basis. Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Payment methods and schedules will be communicated individually.

Commissions are typically reviewed and approved within 30 days of creation. This review period allows MASK to verify that the underlying payment is legitimate and not subject to refund or chargeback.

MASK reserves the right to extend the review period for commissions flagged for additional verification. Affiliates will be notified if their commissions are under extended review.

Affiliates who maintain 10 or more active paying referrals are eligible for a complimentary Growth plan. This benefit is evaluated continuously based on the current count of active (non-churned) paying referrals.

If the active paying referral count drops below 10, the free Growth benefit is removed and the affiliate returns to their previous plan or must subscribe to Growth independently. The free Growth benefit is in addition to regular commission — affiliates continue to earn commission on all referred payments.

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link that may use a system-generated code or a custom slug. Custom slugs must be unique and are subject to availability.

Affiliates must not use referral links in a misleading or deceptive manner. Links must not be disguised as official MASK communications or embedded in contexts that misrepresent the nature of the content. MASK reserves the right to revoke custom slugs that violate these terms or conflict with MASK branding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification:

• Creating fake accounts or using bots to generate referrals
• Using paid advertising to bid on MASK brand terms
• Misrepresenting MASK or making false claims about the product
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of click fraud
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging to promote referral links
• Incentivizing signups with cash or rewards unrelated to MASK

MASK reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, withhold commissions, void fraudulent commissions, and terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms. Voided commissions will be deducted from the affiliate's total earnings.

Self-referrals are not permitted. You cannot use your own referral link to create accounts for yourself, your company, or accounts you directly control. Self-referral attempts will not be credited and may result in account suspension.

If a referred user receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be reversed or voided. If the commission has already been paid out, the amount will be deducted from future payouts.

MASK reserves the right to disable an affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Pending and approved commissions may be voided if fraud is suspected
• The affiliate's referral link will be deactivated
• Existing referral attributions remain intact (referred users keep their accounts)
• Legitimate earned commissions that have already been paid will not be clawed back

MASK reserves the right to modify these terms, adjust commission rates, or terminate the affiliate program at any time with 30 days notice. Active commissions will be honored for payments that occurred before any changes take effect.

Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
